I cannot say enough good things about Stone Auto. The lady at the front desk is beyond kind and easy to talk to.

The ONLY reason this is getting 4 Stars is they do fix their vehicles, they offer no warranty, if something goes wrong and the office Lady & Bob are awesome with customer service.nHaving said this - the first car I picked was an 06 Ford Taurus. Out of 13 days, the vehicle was in my physical possession 5 days. It had breaks & a master cylinder replaced right off the bat 3 days after I got it. Once I picked it up, I got a mile away, turned around and took the car back as the Transmission was now going.nThey let me get a different car, and gave me extra time on the temp tags as I missed a great deal of work. I'm very grateful for this.nI chose the 2012 Ford Focus, a car I'm in love with, again breaks had to be done. The next morning when I got in the car, breaks failed. Again they had to replace a master cylinder. It's just under a month now, and the breaks have failed yet again. Right from the start I told them breaks squeak bad in reverse and grind on and off.nThough they are fixing this issue again...it seems they dont have reliable vehicles on their lot, And dont do a good inspection on them once they receive them & before selling them. Which to me is bad bussiness.

Worked out a plan for us to get in a very nice reliable suv that our family is proud to drive around. Full size 3rd row small V8 Ford 4x4 Eddie Bauer fully loaded.
