Called this facility because of it's proximity to where I live. The prices are a little higher than other nearby facilities but I found that it was worth the price because of the convenience.nnThe move in process was easy and the ability to setup automatic drafting on my account was one less thing for me to worry about.nnOverall, a pleasant & easy experience which was a nice change of pace during a busy time of moving.
Letecia was amazing!! She went above and beyond to help us! She was pleasant, friendly and efficient. We were blown away by her kindness, knowledge and ability to connect us with the perfect storage unit!! We will never go anywhere else ! I called today to find out how to rent a unit. Spoke with the owner. Apparently she doesn’t work there often. I was unsure of what size. She quoted a $138/month and I ask for something cheaper. She said “well thanks for calling” and hung up!!! I am so glad I know she is the owner or I would be trying to contact them. I have never had such horrible customer service! I’m still in shock and wondering how she has stayed in business?? As a small business owner I value each customer and every phone call...
Very nice facility. Clean and secure. I've stored with Crossover Mini Storeage a few times over the last 14 years and have always received great service.
