Won’t even give me a receipt for the gas I purchased just because I don’t have a mask and there pump won’t print the receipt

Employee was already wearing gloves so I thought nothing when he got my hot food out of the case. Then typed it in on the register, took my money, gave my change & proceeded to help someone else with food. Notice I never said anything about handwashing or glove changes during this. Wonder how many hours the gloves were on. Might save money on gloves but... Something says health and safety violation.

What a fun time. I pumped gas, and at the end, the automatic pump mechanism malfunctioned, and I got sprayed, as well as the parking lot with 2/3 a gallon of gas. I went inside, not to ask for a refund, but to explain to the station clerk that the pump had an issue. Instead of apologizing, he began telling me he had never had trouble, and started explaining how to use the pump. Then he began complaining that he’d have to go put cat litter down to soak up the gas.nnEven so-so customer service would have said, “I’m sorry that happened, and I will go check it out!”nnInstead of that I got treated like a moron, and complained to by a truly terrible employee.nHe’s blonde with curly hair.. maybe 5’11”

The owner is most disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The pump outside didn’t print a receipt so I went inside to retain one because I had been charged for a car wash and because he wasn’t quite sure how to handle the situation he wanted me to just eat the $13 I spent extra. Despite how rude and nasty he was talking trash about me to the woman on the phone while I was still standing there remaining completely calm with him. Not to mention the place was so dirty. The only feature that makes this gas station even remotely tolerable is the car wash add on that’s not even owned by them. Will absolutely never go to this garbage gas station again.
