Staff at this location were exceptional! Friendly, timely and on the ball. Special kudos to Nate and Ellie. Their warmth, creativity and generosity have been the bright spots in the last week during a difficult time, and the “Nate Special” is an excellent Frappuccino!
In Portland there is no reason to go to a Starbucks. There is much better coffee on every corner. Try Public Domain if you are downtown.
This one is super small and you have to walk down a narrow alley way past all of the customers in order to get to the back of the line. The service however was nifty, all the employees seemed to be in spectacular mood, despite the lobby being filled to the brim with patrons.
Being open so early is helpful to people like me who start working at 6am. The opener is amazing and makes drinks and food in a timely manner. While I do not actually drink coffee it is great to grab a refresher and breakfast on my way to work in order to start my day off right!
I used to be a Starbucks partner and I am super impressed with how clean, organized, and friendly this location is. James has superb customer service and the supervisor (woman) was kind and spent her time cleaning things many stores forget to.nThey are doing it right here! A model store.
