Super nice and very friendly. The place is just so easy and convenient.
This is a nice facility, for a great price, with the most kind people running the place. I just closed out my account since I moved, but had a unit at their facility for nearly 3 years. The owners have been nothing but sweet, kind, and helpful.
West side mini storage has great rates and the absolute most friendly people running it! I highly recommend them!
This facility is run by some of the nicest and most helpful individuals I've ever met in Fayetteville.nnThey were always around to help me out with any questions I had and all I had to do when I was done with the rental was sweep it clean and give them a call. No exit paperwork and no hoops to jump through.nnThe monthly price for a medium unit was reasonable and there were no surprises on the bill.nnThe facility uses both IN and OUT passkey locks and the sensors are pretty good at preventing tailgaters. I never once felt like my stored items were unsafe during the 4 months I had them in storage.nnThe location being on Weddington and Rupple can look a bit intimidating but I was able to get a large UHaul in and out with little effort.
Extremely great experience with this company. Very easy to get a hold of for questions, secure gated facility. Dennis is a stand up guy!
