For my needs, Superior Storage offers a perfect combination of secure location, low price, and excellent customer service. They offer less expensive outdoor units as well as climate-controlled indoor units (depending on location). Teresa M, administrator for my location, got me set up quickly and professionally. She registered me for monthly auto-payment on the spot, instead of making me login to a website myself at a later time. I was able to access my unit and load it with property on the same day. I am very happy I went with this company!
I love how fast and easy the service was. This really nice lady name Teresa was very understanding and made clear of all the fees and helped me understand different terms while signing the papers to my lot. Teresa is really nice and diligent at her job which made the experience so much better.
I opened a storage unit with Superior Storage. I contacted Theresa at the office and she was very accommodating to get me into the office and to rent a unit. The unit was clean when we got there. Great security and great customer service.
Teresa was awesome and took great care of us while getting us set up with a parking spot for our 5th wheel.
Never had a single problem with the place. Super easy to move in and out. Everyone was very polite and took care of whatever I needed.
