I love Pizza Hut. But I've ordered from this location a couple of times and it seems like the pizza is either not cooked enough or cold. The delivery drivers are always nice and when I called and told them it was cold the last time, they brought a fresh one right over. Good people just seems like they are still getting some kinks out.
Service is horrible! The guy at the drive thru shut the window and walked away while I was asking for cheese. I honked and he ingored me. I backed up and ran over the bell again and he stood there with his back to me. I guess Domino's or Mazzio's will get my business from now on.

I came a few weeks ago and they mistakenly got my order wrong and when I told them the manager instantly made everything right without hesitation! Very professional
Yes they messed up my order, terribly, but Steven made it right by refunding my money saving me from having to drive all the way back there for new correct order
