We've eaten Dickey's BBQ before. So we decided to get some again, because I love BBQ. The first time it was great! This time, the food was not hot, taste was just ok, decent smoke flavor,, but the customer service was friendly and courteous. So I'm not sure if that day was an off day or not, but it didn't meet my BBQ craving for that moment.
The meat variety they have to offer is awesome! Great taste, never disappointed.
The food wasn't bad for a fastfood bbq stop, but man were the employees rude, like I was bothering them just by placing a basic order. Will never eat here again.
Good food, reasonable price, friendly staff
The food was great, service was even better. Only 4 stars bc portion size was small. The shift manager made things right. Will return soon.
