Ordered several pizzas and wings...started eating and found a blonde hair baked into the pizza. Called to complain and the manager on duty said employees can wear a hat instead of a hair net. Obviously, the hat isn't doing the job. She also said she would refund my $40...but now here I am, 20 days later, still no refund. I guess we will find a new place to buynHAIR FREE pizza from. Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut on Steamboat in Fayetteville.
We ordered pizza bread sticks and there cinnamon rolls. The order was 40 dollars. The driver gets here and we are told are order got mixed up with someone elses order they added 3 2 litter bottles of pop to our order the delivery driver told us we would be credited that money back. 2 weeks later and they still have refunded that money. Don't order from there they will rip you off. I will be doing my business at dominos from now on.
This place was good as far as getting my order right, but the pizza quality is not that great. You need two hands to eat this pizza so that the cheese and toppings don't fall off from its floppyness.
I got hung up on by an employee after giving my debit card number and then the manager hung up on me. She refused to take accountability for the lack of customer service skills the employees have for whom is on the phone, laughing and banging pans In the back ground. A manager should not yell at a customer over the phone. Pristine customer service skills what a joke! I will let you know how the food is when it gets here. I didn't get an apology, the manager got defensive.instead.
Pizza was sopping wet and underdone. The service was rude, and we had to wait 30 minutes past the estimated time for pickup.
