I usually NEVER complain. But tonight was the first and last time I will eat at the Little Caesars in Springdale, AR. I waited 30 minutes for my “hot and ready” pizzas. I honestly would have been fine waiting had anyone explained it was going to take that long. The person In line behind me got their 3 pizzas 10 minutes before I finally at the 30 minute mark decided to go into the store to request a refund. Luckily by that time the pizzas were ready. My advice would be not to advertise hot and ready pizzas if that’s not the case, or at least communicate to your paying costumer it is going to be a 30 minute wait.

Been there once. Placed the order online 30 minutes in advance, got there to discover they never even started it, and staff barely spoke enough English to communicate. Pizza turned out okay, but had to wait another 20 min. for them to make new ones.nnDecided to give them another chance and just phone in, no one answered the phone at 6pm on a Friday, not even a voicemail.nnNo sense even running a restaurant if you're not going to bother answering the phone or checking your online orders.
Food is almost always great! The parking lot and drive through is dark and totally unsafe. If there were more lighting on the property, it wouldn't feel so ghetto. This ambiance causes me to not frequent this location despite the gret people that work here. I can imagine it feels like working in a basement when only the building itself is lit.nHQ needs to give this place some love and security.
Cheap ready-to-go pizza. Not too greasy...
