Great food with good and fresh quality ingredients. Love their food and it decently priced. My only disappointment was that I ordered ahead in the app and it wasn't ready on time. However, customer service was good and polite.
Sandwiches are ok. But it's the service that really frustrated me. Freaky fast? Lies. This isn't the first time. I only have a 30 minute lunch break. So I ordered 10 minutes before my lunch. I waited almost 40 minutes. My lunch was already over when they finally arrived. Even when I called and asked, they just said sorry and it wasn't sincere. If you're truly sorry, offer a free cookie. Just saying...
Slowest pick up ever for a Jimmy Johns, 15 minutes so Not fast like the commercial. The employee was nice just wish they had a drive thru so I didn’t have to get out
I guess I just got a sandwich(cuban) that was terrible cold. Would have been much better warm.
Excellent service and quality as always. Definitely 500% better than Subway ever attempted to be.
