Sara Cole and her team are absolute professionals at customer service and gym management. They have and will go above and beyond in order to make sure that you have everything you need to dominate your training, no matter what you are doing. I can’t speak highly enough of this team. From the 5am crew to the 7pm crew, they are there as support for your training experience and keep a clean and orderly gym. This place has all of the equipment you need and want. But the cherry on top is the management. If you are new or thinking about becoming any type of member, ask for Sara. 5 out of 5 stars - easy.

I LOVE Fitness One! Clean facilities, incredible workout equipment, professional staff, and good operating hours! The fitness classes offered are wonderful with great instructors. I personally love the sauna and steam room as amenities, as well! It is worth every penny to work out here at a place that cares for their members!
Please enforce your mask protocol, social distancing, and hygiene of equipment. The gym has a great COVID policy on paper but not in practice at any given time the gym can be crowded (no reservation systems) and you will never see masks enforced on gym floors (only when people enter or exit the facility).nnUpdate 9/4: 639 people who have confirmed positive cases amongst the student body. Please block/space your equipment, count the amount people on the gym floor, and force patrons to wear their masks.
Great staff who are always so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating! Sara is awesome! All of the gym amenities are top notch, kept very clean and had a variety of classes!
