A Great Place to practice Yoga! Beautiful surroundings, a clean room, welcoming staff and great instructors! Always on time and encouraging !!nnYou are challenged but not discouraged.nnOverall my yoga classes make my day!! Try it, you will be surprised!!

Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center and, owner, Andrea Fournet in Fayetteville offer a comprehensive list of yoga and meditation classes to ensure clients have a yoga class that is right for them. The instructors of the classes are dedicated to the practice of yoga and make sure all ages can experience the amazing effects and healing properties that yoga has to offer. Carrie Davis is the teacher for my class - her love for yoga, training, and education have enabled me to understand that I can only control what is on my (yoga) mat.nnThanks Andrea, Carrie, and all of the great staff at Arkansas Yoga for providing great instruction on yoga and how to harness the power of mind over matter! Just wanted to take a moment to THANK YOU again for your openness and willingness to let me come and share and connect at AYC.nnReally enjoyed both of the classes and absolutely LOVE the Center you have created. Along with being beautiful in so many ways, the studio was also a very fantastic setting for the sound!nnWe will probably be coming back to the area in the spring, most likely April or May. Would love to discuss the possibility with you of perhaps offering some type of Sound Immersion experience at AYC when we come. Well, that and to see if there might be a class or two to pair up with. :)nnIf you're open to that I will reach out as soon as we have more definitive dates.nnMostly, this was just to say thanks again and let you know how much I enjoyed meeting you and connecting with your center and community of folks. You're doing a beautiful thing.

This place is real nice as they are very punctual with their timings. Keeping it clean and staff was very friendly with me.
