Be aware that the clinic closes at 4 PM not 5!!! as stated the technician inside Walgreens. He was good at giving me information about how to set up an appointment but gave me a phone number that was not helpful at all as it directed me to the automatic Voice message saying to go online. He also said Walgreens has nothing to do with the clinic pods set up on the parking lot, yet on Walgreens website it says “Walgreens” is offering covid testing. Anyway...
The lady doing the check in for the drive through COVID screening was extremely rude and hateful. I do not recommend going her or taking your child here for screening.
I was literally just hung up on in the middle of me talking. I also regularly am told the opposite of what my doctor tells me. For example I am supposed to get early refills and this Walgreens specifically does not let me. Will never read what the doctor had ordered, etc.
Good pharmacy, very few issues here.
If I had a vote for employee of the year, it would be a young lady named Erin Holt! I needed to make a picture for a gift for my boyfriend. The picture came to me in an email. Unfortunately, the kiosk isn't set up for that. She allowed me to send it to her personal email and she went above and beyond to create exactly what I wanted!
