It's been one year since I purchased my vehicle from here. Do not buy from here. My car was repainted with a cheap macco paint job that is now pealing. Customer service is horrible. They will lie to you and steal your money. Overpriced vehicles that are high mileage. Do not buy from here go somewhere else.
The car broke down 4 days after purchasing it then then the people are super sketchy and wouldnt tell me where the car was being towed and they even asked me how to get the car towed.....CALL A TOW TRUCK!!! This business is pathetic don't purchase anything unless you like being left in the dark and people being rude to you... there nice until your car breaks down a few days later...PATHETIC.
I bought a car from them in 2014, the very next day it started smoking out the exhaust pipe severely. I missed two weeks of payments on it and they had it towed! I am suing them!
The salesman and the sales manager is so unprofessional. I tried to obtain a job there but they do not deserve a salesperson like me.
Kyle is a great sales man and a really good guy. He's helped us get a car and now a truck and he's honest. I definitely recommend best buy here pay here in Springdale. No run around 100% truthful and u will not leave the lot in a messed up car.
