They have been very compassionate and allowed me to lower my payments for a while, but they also give me a guilt trip when I am late and tell me I am not committed to these payments. I can hardly afford the upkeep and insurance and they really should offer to pay the registration fee and incorporate that into the price of the vehicle. I still cannot afford to register it. I am a frontline worker and they came and took my car when I was two weeks behind . I explained to corporate my situation and they immediately gave me back my car on a different arrangement. I wouldn't go back to them again, but I was in desperate need of a vehicle so I guess they did help me out in that regard.
Deal with the girls and Eddy and Kevin to guess that is almost everyone that works their lol totaled my car on Sunday night in a nice vehicle with in days like Wed! They made it so easy on me that ya just cant say no! Flexible payments that I could afford not just stuck with what they would give me. Total enteraction with the whole staff. I call and everyone knows me and treats me like i just bought 5 new cars. Nice to be appreciated and treated with respect. And they didnt make a wise crack one bout me totalling my lovely Lexus lol. They have earned my buisness, trust me I have put each department to the test you got Kevin and Eddy on ur side from step one and getting any problems fixed and making me feel content is a hard thing to do. They do accomplish it between Kevin and Eddy on the service side and not just one but all the girls do a great job and they know what's going on even when it isnt really their job above and beyond service that's what it is. Thank you Car mart and all the staff at west!
They are somewhat helpful. I’ve gotten 2 cars from them the first one had a different cluster in it which is highly illegal. I had a couple things that I had bought that my boyfriend forgot and they just threw it away or one of there workers took them and they didn’t even call me and tell me I had things in there. They just put me into a 2013 Nissan Altima and now I’m having problems with the steering which could end up costing me a lot of money

It was great every one there was very nice made you feel like part of the family the sale man was great to he explained everything in the paper work I am going to tell everyone to go to that lot I think that the carmart on 412 west is the best lot out of all of car-marts I have been to
