In the mist of a pandemic they started garnishing way over half of my husband's check. Been trying to get it lowered but they said it will take two weeks cause they had to go back thru the court. Mind you this is a vehicle that got caught in a flood back in 2015. Pictures was sent, and all the abc's and 123's was done and still getting garnished 6900. Back to the two weeks, that was way over a month ago. Was told by an outside source we will have to go to the courthouse ourselves to do a hardship form. Pleas don't deal with this place save your money and go to a real dealership. Now trying to figure out how a family of 5 will be living on a small amount per month.

I bought a truck from them it was paid off sold it back to him got a another car from them they end up getting it back and they sued me for three times the amount of the car this place needs to be burnt to the ground 1 * is too good for them they need to be in the negative that would still be too good for them nothing but a bunch of thieves oh and they tried to sell me the car back advise people to go to a different place to get a car you been idiot to go with them

I have had nothing but trouble with this company. After buying my vehicle they went ahead and sold the finance to this company. I lost my job the beginning of March and informed them right away.nI managed to get another job end of April, and once I started getting a paycheck again I paid an extra $100 every pay to catch up on that I had missed out on for the time I was not working.nI carried on making my payments plus the extra, back in Sept I requested over the phone a copy of my balance as I had called AAF and asked over the phone what my balance was, it seemed extremely high still.nthey finally told me that the extra money I had been paying and thought was being applied to the account for the money still owed was not actually being applied.nI then called them requesting a paper copy of my balance, a lady took my email address and said she would email me a copy of the form, after a few days still no email so I went ahead and called AGAIN, this time I got another lady who told me they don't have the means to email me a copy of the form and that I needed to print the form off and send it to the address on the form, which I went ahead and did. after THREE WEEKS still no Statement came to me. I then AGAIN called and said that I had not received my statement I told her which address I had sent it to they told me that was the wrong address so i resent it, this time telling then that if I did not get my Statement from them in 10 days I would be in touch with my lawyer, I eventually got it!!nthen back in Aug I changed jobs to a monthly paid position, I informed them that I now needed to start paying them monthly, they told me to send me a copy of my pay stub (which I did) after making monthly payments up until end of November.nAt the beginning of December I got a call to make a payment which I did, then less then 10 days later I got a call today saying I had to make another payment.nI reminded them I make monthly payments, the accounts manager told me that no such thing was ever set up and got annoyed with me when I got upset about it! I reminded her of the emails I sent back in Aug...I then got off the phone...looked my past emails up and resent her all correspondence back in then in Aug, plus all my bank statements with every payments..nPlease do not ever buy a car from AAF ( don't get me wrong I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff at AAF ) but I have had nothing but stress with JTI. After doing a research online I have found multiple articles of them in lawsuits, one as early as Sept 2019

They will rob you blind all the car about is money they dont care if u dont have enough to live off of
