I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a car. Witness was a huge help when it came to getting me approved for a car that I could afford!
My husband and I were very disappointed in their service. The salesman promised he could get us into a vehicle and told us to go ahead and sell our old vehicle. He even said he would twist some truths to help us get approved (ie: false pay stubs and our IDs) He waited until the next day to tell us we got denied. Then we were without a vehicle for an entire week and missed several appointments and hours of work. The salesmans name was John and this AAF is located in Springdale, Arkansas.
Do not buy a car from here AT ALL! My wife and I bought a 2012 Honda Civic from them. It was car faxed at 7000. Now by the time we’re done financing it we’re paying over 16 grand for the vehicle. Once your locked into a contact with them you have to pay. If you don’t they will sue you and garnish your wages. All they care about is the commission they make out of every sale they do. Please be careful and avoid this place at all costs. They lie and will do anything they can to get you into a contract with them. Definitely shop elsewhere.
