Do not change anything
The level of customer service at this location that my family and I received was by far the best we have ever received.nnOn 8/3/2020 which was 10 days after we had purchased a AS IS we had a few issues with the vehicle so we brought it back. I informed the sales manager of the issue we were having. He IMMEDIATELY went straight to the maintenance manager whom came directly to us and resolved the issue on the spot him self. Then proceed to say if you have any issues what so ever contact me directly.nnWith this being said this is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from this location. Service is always a pleasant experience. I fully trust all departments at this location and would highly recommend to any of my friends and family!!!!nnGreat work McLarty Dodge !!
My service adviser, Cole, was excellent!! He got me in and out and I appreciate it very much. My jeep was also fixed up in a day and they rented me a car to get me by. Very thankful for the care and efficiency this service team had offered me!
I received my vehicle back from the service department in a timely manner. My only issue was in the lobby where I waited for my vehicle. Please make sure everyone wear masks during these times. One guy in particular was not wearing his mask and was coughing a lot.
