Update 10/21: I'm not sure what has happened to the service dept. but things seem to have really gone downhill. I purchased a prepaid maintenance plan and each time I spoke to a rep I seemed to get a different explanation of my coverage.nnMy most recent problem was that during a previous visit my cabin air filter was removed but not replaced with a new one (although my multi-point inspection shows that the filter is 'green') So I've been driving for roughly a year without a cabin air filter that was covered by my prepaid plan. I hope that this doesn't cause any problems to my AC/Heating Fan in the future. Service initially suggested I just purchase a filter and install it myself which was a bit insulting. They later replaced the filter free of charge.nnI no longer trust the service and will be taking my car to another Subaru location in Rogers now that my prepaid maintenance (waste of money) has expired. Please educate the staff on what is covered with these plans. I feel like I was charged double on a lot of the service I received.nnOriginal: Great Service department that goes out of their way to accommodating to the customer. They are upfront and honest about pricing (very reasonable).
Purchased a used Subaru from Kent this week. Great experience. They make sure the used cars are maintained properly before putting them on the lot. The pricing is straightforward. The sales process was very helpful and you don’t feel under pressure. I’m about an hour away and it was worth the drive. I will probably call them first in the future when looking for a vehicle.
The service and pricing at this dealer is fantastic. I have been in car sales myself since 2003 and this was my first purchase somewhere other than purchases from the dealership I was currently working at. After being ignored and not helped both in person and over the phone at my local dealer I reached out to several others. One who had poor communication but aggressive up front pricing only to find out that they had thousands of dollars in hidden fees and add on products. Then there was Adventure Subaru. From the start their receptionist was friendly and got me to J.D. one of the new car sales managers. He was helpful, transparent and great to work with. I got a fair price, competitive rate to my local credit union and had the vehicle dropped at my front door along with all paperwork. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealer was friendly and helpful including the finance manager, someone in the service department that added some accessories for me and both delivery drivers. As someone in the business the experience was exactly what I strive to provide at the dealership I help manage. If you are looking for a great combination of price and customer service you can't do better than Adventure Subaru!
We just bought our first Subaru and the experience was amazing. We got a fair price and working with Shannon was one of the most pleasant buying experiences we have had purchasing any product or service. No back room meetings, no pressure, etc... We felt like she wanted to help us make the right purchase for our situation. All the folks we dealt with were kind and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a different experience when buying a car.
No pressure sales, knowledgeable staff, an excellent experience when I bought my little red Prius. Owen was a very efficient salesman, even answering my questions on his day off. Lance completed the finance details, addressing all concerns effectively. I highly recommend the dealership.
