I can’t say they can do this for you, but I was in a bind, and I found myself in the market for a car 15 minutes before Car-Mart of Fayetteville College closed. I called them, and I got there 5 minutes before they closed. I got my car, and it wasn’t the one I had in mind, but they worked with me on the down payment to get an even better car: the right car for me and my family.nnThe employees here stayed two hours extra just for me. It made me feel like I was a part of the family, and I will be going to my local Car-Mart store in the future for additional sales and services. Now I know why Car-Mart is THE place to buy your pre-owned cars. They do good work.

From the moment of entering, I was greeted by a young woman named, Megan. I mention this because no one greets you anymore. It immediately put me in a good mood and after speaking with her for a minute, I decided to ask about trading in the truck I currently had with them. She referred me to Stacey who is lot Manager. Stacey continued the excellent customer service. She listened to what my husband and I were saying and answered all of our questions. Stacey then placed us with our salesman, Tommy Roark. From the beginning with Tommy, I knew he knew exactly what he was talking about. Wasn’t high pressure and again he was very knowledgeable. We were both blown away by the professional attitude and extreme knowledge about the vehicle we were looking at. Tommy explained everything in detail while managing to keep our immediate attention. Megan came in and explained the paperwork, got our signatures and kept us laughing the entire time. I have never, in my 55 years, seen such teamwork in any store as I saw that day. I would highly recommend this CarMart!!! 5 stars
