Chris at Crain Kia of Fayetteville was very helpful! I’ve had bad credit for a while and have never been approved for a good vehicle. He got me into an extremely nice 2019 Chevy cruise the same day! He worked with me on my trade in as well. Now I have a reliable car that I can drive and keep my mind at ease. Would highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they can do for you!

I searched for the vehicle on their website, and decided to send a message for more information. I was promptly contacted by Chris. He was very patient and listened to what my needs were. He set up a time for me to come see him that day, but I had to miss it. I decided that Monday afternoon to just pop in after work. Chris made the process easy and pain-free. We were in and out in no time. Chris and his finance guy are definitely an asset to the company. We love our new Sorento, and will definitely do business again with Crain Kia of Fayetteville. They are the best!

SO I am a very tough person to get into a car LOL!! I have no patience and I wanted a car ASAP!! I finally got into my car I wanted a stinger!! Christopher Rogers was very patient with me he showed me all of the cars and then I know which car I had my heart set on. The stinger is an amazing car... So the financing team and ED, Daniel along with the Manger Paul stayed on the phone for over an hour getting me approved for this car!! Thank You guys so much!! Paul I will try hard not to come back in a year LOL to get another top notch car that I know you will get!!! Come see Chris and the team if you want the best of the best!!!

I had a great experience here! Adrian helped me tremendously and was patient with the process while I picked out a car. I ended up going with the kia forte. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend coming here. Everyone else assisted with my car as well. Very friendly staff!
