5 STARS! Extremely happy with this dealership! So friendly! Absolutely zero pressure! We purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram, what an amazing deal with so many incentives right now. Our salesman BUDDY was top notch, what a professional. He was knowledgable, super friendly, zero pressure demeanor and he treated us like family the moment we walked in. The LEWIS dealership manager John, spent some time with us as well and you can really see how the their friendly style of management trickles down, everyone is family. Buddy was amazingly patient working with us when we were trying to help our adult son get back on his feet again. We have done business with the Lewis dealership family dating back to the mid 1980s but haven't purchased a car or truck from them in the last 18 years or so. After all this time I was impressed to find that the same helpful and sincere culture that has always existed is still there to this day.
Repairs done in a timely matter at the price quoted.. Friendly service people.. Nice clean waiting area with coffee..nNO coffee.. Not Quoted a price.. I was taken back by the cost when I paid.. Never paid that much at this dealer since 2006..
Fantastic service department. Shelby was a great help to me.
It took way too long to get the part, but apparently the cause was Covid. The rest was a very good experience! I dealt with Shelby and he was mannerly, very helpful, and pleasant to deal with.
