Had a great experience buying a preowned vehicle with Cole. Buying a vehicle from a dealership is still a new experience to me and I was not intimidated or felt pushed to make a deal I was not comfortable with like the other dealerships I've experienced. Cole and rest of the team were very professional and met all my expectations. Great hospitality along with practical and transparent negotiation process made it easy to purchase my next vehicle here. The vehicle selection was also great. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new vehicle with ease.

Gavin was a great help! Everyone there was nice and took time to explain things. One thing though was that it would have been nice to know about the dents on the hood of the car before hand. Everything else was great though and I really enjoyed my first car buying experience

I didn't have an appointment, but I needed a new battery. They got my vehicle worked in and completed within 90 minutes, plus they washed it! Friendly and efficient.

Starting, I was told back in June they were going to order parts for a recall on my vehicle. Approximately three to almost four months went by with no word on said parts. The day I called to inquire about them, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes before I finally ended the call. Later in the week, Maria reached out to schedule a visit. I did reschedule due to scheduling conflicts. Come Monday, I had my husband to take me in and drop my vehicle off. We were told it would be finished in a few hours. Come 6:20 there was still no call which was very frustrating, as my husband works overnight. He was waiting up when he could have been asleep. Therefore, I called to get status and was told the service part had already closed. Grrr! At that point, I asked for a supervisor, and again was placed on a long hold.nnI ended up having to pay someone to take my kids to school yesterday because my husband was still at work. Additionally, I paid 23.00 for an uber to get my vehicle because I had a 12:00 pm dentist appointment. No one apologized nor addressed the late return of my vehicle.nnI swear, customer service isn't what it used to be. No one seems to have any idea of what basic common courtesy or empathy is nowadays.

I really appreciate the way they treat the customers and the amazing job that is done on my vehicle. I highly recommend Superior Service department to anyone!
