I have been going to Crain Hyundai Fayetteville for service on my Santa Fe for a little over 2 years now and highly recommend this service department. I recently purchased a Palisade and had an awesome sales experience as well. Michael was an excellent sales person and was so professional and respectful.
John(managed), Kevin(salesman) and Paul(financing) are THE best and easiest to work with! They made the entire experience stress free, quick and efficient. I can’t thank you guys enough for all of your help, kindness, and professionalism along with making me feel like we were old friends.
Parts/Service Department did all they could to help me and salvage a bad experience. Sales Department - especially Dylan - dropped the ball time and time again. In short, I did not receive the second key for my car when I purchased it, and it took about 15 emails, 10+ phone calls (at least 5-6 messages for Dylan that were never returned) and 9 WEEKS after buying the car to finally get my spare key. Rick, Mikey, and Zack are great, I cannot and will not say the same for the rest of the staff.
My husband and I were traveling around Arkansas leaf peeping when we experienced some trouble with the car in Fayetteville. We took the car into the service station at Crain Hyundai. We explained to Zach what the problem was and our concern since we’re from out of state. He made us feel confident that the problem could be easily resolved. He gave us the price up front and the time it would take to fix the issue. We didn’t have to wait as long as expected and were pleased with the cost. He underpromised and overdelivered. Exceptional service!
Kevin Connell is a fantastic sales consultant and is very knowledgeable about Hyundai. Also, the rest of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend checking out their selection!
