This is our 2nd purchase with Barry at Fayetteville Auto Park this year. First my husband had a great experience in July so we went back. I had put off buying a new car for so long, the whole process of picking something out seemed overwhelming. If you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle, go see Matt Dillard! After a month of searching for a replacement for my old and tired Dodge Durango and being turned down at other places, I stopped in at Fayetteville Autopark to browse around. I've bought vehicles here before and the service was always great, and this visit was no exception! I came across an awesome white, fully loaded 2004 Chevy Tahoe with only 106k miles sitting behind the Chevy service building. I immediately went over to pre-owned to ask about it (it was still listed on the website) and was greeted by Matt. He was more than happy to help and wasted no time in finding the keys to take the Tahoe for a test drive. Matt is genuinely kind and makes great conversation. I had my 1-year-old daughter with me and she loved him playing and babbling with her! After I decided I wanted the Tahoe, he immediately got to work crunching numbers and figuring out the best deal for this ride. Long story short, he had gotten more for my old Dodge than originally offered, sales tax paid, low payments, and best of all, didn't put me in the back of the line when I had to leave to get money to finalize the deal. I was gone 30 minutes and he waited and didn't make me lose my spot in finance. All in all, Matt went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I left with a safe, reliable vehicle that fit easily in my tight budget. Customer service at its finest! I've had the truck 4 months now and have not had a single issue, other than the recommended maintenance! Thanks Matt!
