The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the menu organization and food is overall great. The customer service, however, seems unwelcoming BUT they are informative on their products.nWe walked in, there was no welcome or acknowledgement while the employee was making an order it seems, shortly after the employee stood to the register and made contact, and then was very personable and knowledgeable on the product.
Amazing drinks!! I got the Bobo's lady with strawberry jelly and my boyfriend got the milk tea with regular boba. Both drinks had awesome flavor and had the perfect amount of sweetness. We'll definitely be repeat customers!
Always amazing! My husband gets the caramel milk tea with yogurt poppers and boba and i switch between the matcha milk tea and the thai tea! Their taiwanese popcorn chicken is addictive! Lol
Great place. If you've never tried Boba tea or ribbon ice you aren't living!
Doors are open now but you can't even order anything unless you go back outside the doors and call them... there are other boba tea places, don't need to mess with this hassle.
