It was priced too high for the amount of service done - I was originally quoted $1400 for painting of 3 doors and one wall in a master bath and some caulking. My painting day was rescheduled twice and then no one showed up nor communicated on the 3rd rescheduled day. The front desk person/first point of contact apologized but didn't have a plan to resolve and lacks training with customer service protocol and sending invoices (which is on CertaPro). I also was not impressed about excuses and seeking of sympathy. I just wanted a plan to make things right. The salesman was the only one who called me after I found his business card and contacted him myself. He got one painter to come over (I thought I would get a crew and did not.). That one painter was very nice and his work was good quality but it took him 2 days since he was working alone. I ended up paying $1700 total and only got some of the service I was expecting. I won't use CertaPro again for a small job because I can hire an independent contractor for half the cost or less, and for a big job, I wouldn't want all of that rescheduling or the frustration of lack of communication. We had our kitchen painted, including the cabinets, and couldn't be happier! Ty was our painter and we were so impressed. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and took pride in his work! He never rushed and did not cut corners.

Our home hadn't been painted in almost 20 years, we needed exterior repair and paint. We chose Certa Pro because of their good reputation - and they lived up to it. The crew was on time EVERY DAY and stayed to work 8-5. The job was done quickly, paint colors were exactly what we picked, no mistakes or re-do's were needed. When they discovered some rot under damaged siding, the repairs were very reasonable, done quickly and professionally - they didn't delay the job. And one other thing, they cleaned up AFTER they job was done - NO MESS!! Great job, great crew, nice friendly office staff that helped us before and after the job.nNot cheap - but excellent quality for the money.nYou can see from the photos below, the fading, mildewed monochrome yellow cream was replaced with a vibrant blue with white trim and sunny yellow doors - LOVE it!!!nHighly recommended.
