Southgate RV Park

Manager was helpful in coordinating our reservation and lot number. We were hoping for a quiet stay but did hear the Tyson food plant noises 24 hours a day, the trucks moving down the highway, and the neighborhood dogs barking constantly. We did not know the bathroom facilities would be closed.

This place was very disappointing. First our site had NO shade and it was very hot and humid! The guy who runs the campground never gave us the code to the restrooms and showers. The restrooms were dirty and had no soap or paper towels. Also very noisy at night with some type of factory nearby. Pick another campground’

I have stayed here many times. I highly question the legitimacy of the couple negative reviews I see. It’s a shame how other competitors will stoop so low. This place is close to everything, it’s quiet, it has self service register and it’s priced fairly actually less than any others in this immediate area. Don’t believe the false reviews. Go see for yourself. It’s a good place to stay.

Stayed here several times. Clean and well kept. Very convenient to downtown Fayetteville and UofA. Owner is nice. The only downside for us is it is next door to a Tyson food plant and you can hear the noises from the plant working 24 hours a day.

It’s was nice. We got there after hours and we couldn’t find the code for the shower house. It would be nice if the code was on the map!
