Would give a 0 but can't do that. Every time I come here I always have to park and wait for my food. No matter what it is. Very disappointed. I would recommend going down the road to the sonic.

I'm usually really pleased with these guys. They usually do a really good job. Everybody in there is really nice and they usually do a pretty good job. On the last few times I have visited, they have completely mixed up my order and it's pretty much impossible to circle back around in that drive through. I can't stop and park with three kids in the car and all these covid regulations... I'm just forced to deal with completely mixed up orders. This morning, I ordered unsweet tea and a half cut tea. I got a sweet tea and another sweet tea. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit combo and somehow ended up with the one thing I'm allergic to which is bacon, I got a bacon biscuit instead. I got three more hash browns than I ordered. The big breakfast was the only thing we were able to get right. For a struggling father of three with a wife working from home demanding food and everybody and everything not really working, I need you guys to at least get my order right when I'm saying it to you crystal clear.

Employees bagging food need to learn to count!!! It's pretty bad when you order 20 pc nuggets and 3 mcchicken sandwiches and they only give you 16 nuggets and 2 sanwiches.. we have given plenty of chances to this location. 90% of the time when my wife brings breakfast home, after working night shift, they dont put the hashbrowns in the bag that were ordered . Multiple times they have not put enough nuggets in the box and not give the right amount of samdwiches ... its simple counting. We have been shorted over the course of the past year about $50 in food, most of it was reimbursed but it's probably the worst thing you can have happen at a fast food place. Learn to count. We are not coming back for a while if at all.

The employees were very friendly and very polite. But I asked for a half & half tea and I got all sweet tea. And they didn't give me my receipt. But I would definitely go back there.
