We stored our belongings here for 3 months during our moving transition. We had 2 units and during the time of storage the units were clean upon moving in and remained that way the duration (including no pests). The units also kept all of our property dry during a unique period of heavy rain. Access was also convenient and we had zero issues what so ever with equipment, etc.nThe owners and workers at the place are top notch people whom are very friendly and willing to help when needed. I would highly recommend using Tontitown Mini Storage for your storage needs!
Been storing stuff with Rick and Diane for the last four years. Units are clean and they are easy to get along with. Rules are easy and straightforward.
I love this storage facility, I have used them several times, great price, clean, easy to access. Never had any problems here. And the owners and staff are awesome, friendly and polite. I have done business with this company for over 10 years and can honestly say they are wonderful to work with. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and willingness to help. As a small business owner myself I understand that small businesses must do things to protect themselves and frankly I have a feeling that some of these reviewers just don't respect that. I wouldn't store things anywhere else, nor would I go anywhere else for my propane needs. Great folks!
Absolutely amazing customer service! My girlfriend and I have several storage units in different places and were moving so we needed to clear them all out. We rented a truck that was too large before checking to see the maximum size and thought we were going to have to rent a second, smaller U-Haul to be able to get to our unit here. Rick came up with an excellent, generous solution to allow us to get our belongings. We had a very large unit and were getting quite hot and thirsty near the end of clearing it out when Diane came to check on us and offered us some water.nnIn short, they are extremely nice people and you'd be hard pressed to find better service anywhere. Highly recommend!!!
