Avenue Hair Salon

Price extremely high, I paid around $95 for a trim. No styling or blowing drying. Super ridiculous, I guess it was do to my stylist being a master stylist.. thank goodness I found Platinum Salon and Day Spa they do an awesome job for half the price..

Zoraida caused extreme damage to my hair that had taken 3 years to repair. I did nothing to deserve this treatment. I am a big tipper and a nice person.nnThe photo I posted is the last time I went the Avenue. I asked for more blonde on the top and she did a skunk stripe instead. When I got it fixed at another salon, I was told that it was obviously done on purpose. THEN, I was shown the back of my hair and the steps that Zoraida had been putting into the back where I couldn't see them. The new salon told me that Zoraida had been sabotaging my hair for a least a year. It was horrifying.nnThe hair loss that I have incurred was not worth the convenience. Her salon is empty for a reason.

I called Avenue Salon in Progress Ridge to make an appt for a (woman's) haircut. Was quoted $85 with Zoraida. Wow, that is so pricey. I don't know what the other stylists charge in the salon, but that is not the going rate for our neighborhood. Would like to see others reviews about their quality and prices.
