Very clean bathrooms and showers. Nice selection of treats and goodies. Parking is good if you can find a spot. Friendly workers very enjoyable
I try to avoid coming here. It's usually clean and well maintained, but the exit is at a busy intersection and is not a quick on/off. Then the pilot itself has too many reserved parking spots. It seems like more of the spots are reserved compared to what it says online. The paint for the reserved/non reserved makes it confusing too. Some reserved paint looks to be filled in, but it still says reserved. Regardless, it's still too many $20 reserved parking spots for such a small lot. Pilot/ Flying J is just becoming greedy. Taking advantage of truck drivers as they always have.

Refused to make a sale to a truck driver because he didn’t have a mask. Lost 2 sales today and will not be returning to a truck stop that treats our truckers like that.
I was treated fairly and I had an alright experience. I think it really depends on which staff are on duty. But you won't have much luck finding a spot here after 4pm, and you'll be paying for it, which is annoying.
