Shane was our sales rep and did a phenomenal job. He was willing to work with us and answer our questions any time we called him. Bessy did a wonderful job thoroughly tutoring us on how our RV worked, how to winterize, etc. She walked us through and demonstrated every element on the RV. Since we are first time RV owners, videotaping her instructions was invaluable. Also, Dragon (yes, his real name!) in the parts department was so helpful in ordering an accessory we needed and demonstrated how to put on another accessory we purchased on site. Caroline, in the admin dept. rushed our paperwork meeting through in top record time as we had another meeting to be at. Couldn't believe she did it so quickly! We took the camper back in after a week for a couple more last minute questions and staff was very patient and accommodating in assisting us. Thank you all from start to finish for your top notch customer service! I will definitely be referring friends your way!

Wheels RV is the best dealership! Shane and Dan take care of you beyond expectations and are honest and work hard to make everything perfect when you drive off the lot! We have purchased two RVs from them and you cannot find a better place to do business! You will be glad you did!

We just bought a Grand Design 393 G. Had a great experience. Brittney was our sales person but everyone was very friendly, no high pressure. We actually made several trips shopping over several weeks as we just weren’t sure what we wanted other than we new it had to be a Grand Design. Thanks to the wheels team for helping us.

If I could give -1 I would. My camper has been their 3 months waiting for my awning replacement (warranty) 1st I was told it was ordered but due to covid it is on back order and I understand fast forward a few weeks same story, few more weeks down the line same story, few more weeks and the person handling the order no longer works there and the new person said it wasn't ordered because I didn't have a model # for the awning that flew of my trailer in the California mountains, this person also told me I was a priority because of the length of time its been sitting in their yard. I call today and they act as if they know nothing of the situation and asked me for my phone number so they can call me back tomorrow? Yeah priority. I guess the plan is to wait me out. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership, I should've paid more at a bigger well established dealer with a good service department. My mistake.

We were visiting from out of town and a friend of ours needed a part for his rv so we stopped in to see if they could help us. Mind you it was closing time when we arrived but that didn't stop these guys from greeting us at the door and getting the parts together for my buddy all the while one of the other associates took the time to answer a thousand questions we had about a particular rv and took the time to show us around. We never felt rushed or pressured, it was nice. We will definitely be back when we're ready to upgrade our travel trailer.
