Very nice people, and always willing to work a deal. Only drawback is the small collection, but they're a small dealership, not going to knock their rating for that.
Best place in Northwest Arkansas to buy a used car.
They have good vehicles good prices and they're very very nice people and I love this place
I’m sure on miss and mr Owen but these employees have terrible customer surmise and I had questions about the company and the vehicle and she didn’t want to answer them for me and just hung up. I had perfect credit sources and a great down payment and she didn’t even let the Owens view my application because she didn’t like the questions I was asking and it took them three weeks to even look at my last application and I have put in three applications threw them and that is how it is every time. When people go in to buy a car they want it that same day not a week later. Get better employees or your gonna have a hard time selling cars and don’t ever discriminate against age again because I can afford to buy everything on your lot and you just lost a cars sell.
Don't buy at Owen's, Bailey's auto sales vehicles are much better and Bailey's treats their customers awesome. I know several people who have gotten cars from Owen's and they constantly had to take it back to Owen's to be fixed, then tack on a bunch off repair costs to the loan.
