Mark is stand up. I will say give him a chance. Have rented multiple times, dating back about 12-15 yrs. Always satisfied. Give him a chance to help with your rental needs.
Wow....:) Now This is a great place to rent a car... l highly recommend it...They really go way out of their way to earn your business the old fashion way. From the manager to those who keep your rentals clean and smelling fresh... The other rental place on the strip hmmmm let's say a stones throw away from Mac's really really sucks... so I will not name them hahaha just use your imagination....
They had a car ready for me when I needed it. When a tire went bad they picked the car up and they replaced it and I had it back when I needed it. I will definitely use them again if I need them.
I have known Mark for 8 yrs we have rented from them to take long trips on vacation..there staff is great as well as mark himself we will continue renting from them always very nice SUVs thank you for what you all do thxs Darrell A
I really don't know because this is the 2nd time I have tried to rent a car. They never have any cars available. It's kind of an emergency and the girl didn't have as my idea if any cars were coming in today or not.nEnterprise requires a credit card card and I don't have one. What is a person in this town supposed to do Hitch hike?
