FULL REVIEW ; The first day that I went, Hurricane Laura was finally making her entrance into Arkansas(Thursday) (I had previously made an appointment and that was the only available time that I could go due to work schedule). My husband & I had filled out our application and all we lacked was a couple of signatures. I went back in Saturday to finish the application, but had to start over due to lack of communication between employees & my application being incorrect. The car that we were looking at with an associate was already promised to another customer so we had to look at other cars. I found one I really liked. There was only 3 employees that day, but I was taken care of by Janies Hall. (AMAZING EMPLOYEE IF I MAY ADD). Her position is Accounting, but she helped us through the complete process and put any doubt in our mind at ease. She worked SO HARD to make sure everything was correct, and done so in a timely manner despite being understaffed that day. She made our experience which started out pretty rocky a great experience. She was so nice, and relatable and was very professional. I highly recommend her as an OUTSTANDING employee. She was amazing. So thankful to her. We got our car and have had it since this past Saturday. Pleased so far. ❤ufe0f

All in all, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to get a vehicle within my budget that I absolutely love. It did take a long time to finalize everything, but that happens sometimes.
