We had the most pleasant buying experience here we’ve ever had. We did all the negotiating over the phone, then drove in that afternoon to sign our papers. (we live close to Little Rock) Everything was exactly as they said over the phone (payment, interest rate, trade in etc.) we walked away very happy. The women that we dealt with were very straightforward and efficient. (We worked with Candice) It was definitely worth the drive for us!

From the time I walked in to the time I left, everyone made me feel welcome. Brea was my saleswoman and I highly recommend her! Angela was super helpful in explaining the financing process and they were all really nice!nnI highly recommend this place! Thank you guys for making my first car purchase on my own a breeze!!!

Great experience! Especially since car shopping wasn't exactly on the to do list, but unexpectedly necessary. A recent storm totaled my car, and I wasn't happy about a single minute of the process. Randal was awesome, as everyone else involved. I arrived less than joyful, but left very happy. The deal was quick, but most importantly, it was fair. Thank you Billy Wood Honda! Get ready for some referrals.

My experience with Billy Wood was one of the worst I have had as far as dealing with sales managers.My husband and I traveled from Bryant AR to purchase what we thought was the perfect vehicle. Within 3 days we found problems that weren't covered with warranty. Called one sala manager Brian he told me her didn't deal with those issues and sent me to maintainence dept. Maintainence tried to help on many occasions with a problem that could have been fixed with them purchasing a $200 part that wasn't approved for purchase. The other sales manager Daric attempted to act as if I didn't just purchase a vehicle that had problems when we purchased it.nIf it wasn't for the sales rep. and the gentlemen in maintainence dept I would have been stuck with fixing what should have been fixed before they sold the vehicle. Thank you Sylvia and Gilbert for all your help.

I got extremely lucky with the treatment I received at Billy Wood Honda, it’s was the easiest process iv experienced and they even worked with us around our work hours. I was placed in my dream car today by one of the sweetest sales ladies. Denise, I thank you for all of the encouragement, help and patience. I couldn’t be happier with the environment and support at Billy Wood.
