An amazing experience and normally not a word used to describe a service department. Drove over an hour to gave my 2001 Ram serviced. Down home welcome and a very knowledgeable mechanic (Bo) spent quite some time trying to track down the problem even test drove it to confirm the problem. Bo thoroughly explained the issue so i could understand it. The transmission on my old truck needs work but they didn't do older transmissions, which is understandable, he recommended someone. Here is the surprise, they only charged for a half hour labor (though he hunted around for a couple)because they weren't able to do anything. This type of honesty is very rare. Will definitely use them again and if able will consider purchasing a new car from them. Thank you, all of you at Altman.

Be very careful buying a used car from this dealer . I purchased a pickup that looked and seemed to run ok. The next day the engine began to knock. Went back to dealer and they didn't care. A week later the engine quit, had it checked by a garage, the check engine light had been disabled and the engine required a minimum of $1500 to $4000 to repair. Went back to dealer and they still just shrugged their shoulders and said, sorry.

Nice people very laid back small town family owned business. These are all good things. They not only know their customers, they go to church with them, coach each other's kids in ball and stop to talk in Walmart.
