H&R Block

First, my tax returns cost over $600, which was very misleading (more than double) compared to the quote I received when I initially called. After finally e-filing, I have been informed by the IRS that it was not done correctly and instead of direct deposit, I will be getting a paper check for my refund amount. After paying & submitting my pin, H&R Block never informed me that my returns were successfully submitted. Needless to say, I will e-file myself next year.

The professional who did my taxes was very knowledgeable, friendly and had my taxes done in just a few hours.
