Truckers, if u coming here get a trailer wash out, brokers dont tell u but u need one. Got here at 2:00pm but I needed the trailer was, I went to TWA 121 access rd, Van Buren about 11miles from place, came back about 4:00pm and left the next day at 11:00am, so slow I dont even know why cause dont really see trucks traffic, this are the places that hurt the economy and truckers pockets, will never come to this place ever again, 1 star is too much . This are the things we need to get fixed :shippers that a clueless about logbooks and dont care about truckers.
Parking, and the girl who sealed up my trailer was pretty cool. I always enjoy picking up here.
They take forever After your appointment Time More Than eight hours This is not good
They open their office in shipping at 0700 or 0715. Sign in quickly and make sure you have a washout receipt for your reefer unit so they will not reject your trailer. They are closed Sat and Sunday but there is a space directly beside the shipping area before the docks that three trucks can park side by side and another two spaces pass the dock between the building and the road in front of their trash compactor. Be courteous drivers and please don't litter. Let's show this shipper that we as a transportation brotherhood can show respect to their establishment.
You have to call from your truck to check in and out. If dropping an empty they have to inspect it before you drop. Park on the side of the road next to office. There is a phone number on the door to call and check in and out. They will meet you at your truck.
