Let me start by saying that I have banked with Arvest for a bit more than 5 years and have been generally very happy with the experience. This review is purely in regards to this banking location.nnThis location is very nice with a pleasant lobby, free popcorn (unusual but cool bonus), and overall a very calm and professional atmosphere. The people working there are also very professional in appearance. It is only after speaking with them that their professionalism is revealed to be skin deep. The first time that I had a poor experience, I chalked it up to someone having a rough day. It happens, no big deal. Second time and it's a bit perturbing. This is the third time out of 5 visits that I have been subject to less than welcoming service. When one is treated like simple, routine banking tasks (in this case just exchanging $10 cash for a roll of quarters) aren't worth the teller's time, it leaves a bad taste.
