The tellers at this location are the kindest and most efficient of any of the branches. I hate that they closed for a while during the pandemic.
We bought our first house this year. Thanks to Jonathan Hanna, we were able to get a down payment assistance mortgage. This guy BENT OVER BACKWARDS to make sure we were taken care of and help us make a dream that we never thought possible come true. He was friendly, knowledgeable beyond belief, and a wonderful person. I would recommend him and the staff at that branch to anyone anywhere any day.
Simmons; particularly Rogers and Albert Pike Branch, is the only bank I need. Great Customer experience and one stop for financial health.
