Ordered 2 large pizzas with two toppings and some bread bites for delivery. Olives and onions on one and mushrooms and onions on the other. Pizzas arrived and I discovered that one was correct and the other had mushrooms, onions and olives. My friend doesn't like mushrooms at all and she was having an awful day which is why we ordered out in the first place. I called the store not really expecting anything to happen and was put through to the manager who hooked me up with a free replacement pizza for delivery. When it arrived I also discovered I had a coupon for a free pizza. I feel extremely satisfied with this customer service. Everyone involved was a professional. This is now my first choice when ordering pizza.

Before there have been times that the order may have been slightly wrong but nothing to complain about and I have worked in customer service before so I dont want to say anything negative unless it is deserved. Well tonight I ordered from the app as usual and it said it was delivered but we did not get it. So I called and they said it might just be the app and to expect in in like 10 minutes otherwise call back. So it never came, I called again and they said it was very busy there. I get it, so I waited some more. 30 minutes later I call again because I'm getting hungry and it has now been over an hour. The woman I talk to lets me know my order had been delivered to the wrong house and I could either have my food remade or I could get coupons. Well I'm super hungry so of course I want my meal. She says it will be about 30 to 45 minutes. Well 35 minutes later arrive but as I start to eat I realize both mine and my boyfriend's pizzas have mistakes (no jalapeños, wrong sauce). I hate to complain but the fact that we waited 2 hours, I had to contact them multiple times, our order still was wrong and we didn't get any coupons or our money back... I don't think I will use this store again.

This particular night the pizza was pretty good. I order sometimes a couple deliveries a week. The biggest complaint I have with this location is the amount of items they put on a pizza. It seems the more items on a pie the less of each you get. So, if the normal amount of pepperoni is 25 slices, when you order three other items they will reduce your pepperoni slices to 15-18. I don't like that and I feel cheated when they do it. I would say more than 50% of the time the pizza is really good.
