Have never had a bad experience food is always great people always very cool
Some girl with bright blue hair With bangs, fairly short in height, has terrible customer service, I simply told her my order and she had a sarcastic comment, in a front of her other co workers. I do not recommend this location(Sherwood Location) their environment is hostile, and full of rude employee. I don’t see how being rude to a customer is okay, and the other employees not correcting that behavior.
My favorite spot for a quick, healthy (optional), affordable lunch! They even deliver to my office quick as well. Cookies are delicious and they do have more chips in their bags than brand names. Super friendly service as well!
I normally really like Jimmy John's, today the sandwich took almost 20 minutes to make. I realize that they may not be freaky fast given all of the covid 19 restrictions, but I honestly think I could have walked over to Walmart, bought the ingredients, driven home and made a sandwich faster than it took them to make my unwitch.
Food is good here, I like the spicy peppers they add too. Carissa does not want to deliver here because I'm farther than 5 minutes? No, we are not. If you drive thru town maybe, take hwy 99 which your GPS will clearly see is less than 5. Carissa told me she was being nice then proceeded to tell me I am unreasonable for questioning why last time the delivery was made. Local businesses would do better without complacent persons running them. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
