So we ordered tonight at 5:32pm. They said an hour and a half wait. No problem, the debates are happening. At 7:50pm I call. They lost our order. You know what, it happens.They were super nice and rectified the situation. Pizza arrived very fast after that and the driver was apologetic.nnLook these situations happen, the person in charge made it right, and got us our pizza lightning fast. Bellagio's has done it right everytime for us and is consistent with the pizza they sell.nnWe will continue to order from you because you guys are always awesome.nnEdit: TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS!

I have Celiac Disease which requires me to eat gluten free and also to have a lot of trust in a place when I order food. I ordered based on the good reviews and was stunned when they called before delivery to tell me my pizza accidentally touched a normal pizza. They asked if I had Celiac and needed it remade. I told them I did and it arrived hot, delicious and didn’t make me sick! The amount of thoughtfulness and care they put into providing a quality product is so appreciated and I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen. Thank you!!nnUpdate 10/27/20:nIt just gets better and better with Bellagios! I placed an order yesterday and they called to make sure that only part of my order was gluten free. I am so impressed with the care that is taken and the thoughtfulness to ask smart questions. I am so lucky to live close to a fantastic shop like this!

Called in a takeout order. 35 minutes was the ETA given for pickup. Showed up 40 minutes later, and the pizza hadn't been started yet. I've had similar experiences with this location in the past with both pickup and delivery.nnHopefully they will be able to predict accurate time-frames for future customers.

We order here regularly and had an order with a side of ranch. They failed to bring the ranch which we were charged for and paid for a delivery fee. I have a household of children home from school and the children do not want to eat the pizza without the ranch. I requested to be compensated given we have an order that is useless to us at tis point. This location was extremely rude and did not want to resolve the situation. They did offer to have the driver go get the ranch but we would have a cold pizza. Considering we are regulars customers you would think retaining a customer is more important that refusing to do something more to make an upsetting situation better. (I know it seems like a trivial complaint but with everything going on and having children home trying schooling a small detail such as receiving what we ordered and paid for is important customer service). We will no longer purchase here!
