Pre ordered meal to be delivered at 3 pm for 6pm. 7pm rolls around, no food. Call and ask whats going on with the delivery, they then tell me theh cannot deliver to me. Ask why I wasn't notified? I have an email confirmation. They then stated they attempted to call, and the order had been canceled. I had no missed calls.

This is the 2nd time this Pizza Hut did NOT put the crust flavor on the pizza. Why offer the flavor of its not being used? I am a long time pizza hut rewards member. It would be nice to get what I ordered. Thank you!

Covid is no reason to be rude and not take my ordernIf I can pick up my order I should be able to make my order

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides at 6:40 pm and didn't receive the pizza until 8:10. Original estimated delivery time was for 7:10. When we called about 7:25, they said there wasn't a delivery driver available because they only had two working that night. Pizza Hut app updated and said out for delivery around 7:40. We did not receive the order until 8:10 when we live about 10-12 minutes from the store. Upon arrival the pizza was barely luke-warm and tough. The wings we ordered along side tasted like they were microwaved right before delivery in an ill-fated attempt to make them warm. We called about the experience and were originally hung up on. Then, once we got through, they told us they would give us a 'discount' on a future order and that it would show up on our account. They were unable to tell us the percentage or amount of the discount, but just said it would be, arbitrarily, 'cheaper'. Overall, I understand being short handed due to covid 19, bc I myself work in customer service, and as much as I hate customers saying something is unacceptable, having to wait an hour and a half for a pathetic order is 'unacceptable'.

Got half my order delivered. Asked the delivery guy if the mozzarella sticks and apple pies were in the pizza boxes cause I ordered them also and he said I guess , if not call and they will bring them out. I called and they said they would bring them out. We will see.
