Very mixed feelings... place is very pricey for what you get. And 1/2 time the laser tag doesn’t work properly. I spent more time standing in line waiting for one of the two dozen teenager employees to help me than I spend standing in line at Walmart during Christmas! I think this is a great place for teenagers to get a job but someone needs to take the time to teach them to be courteous to the customers.nnThe only reason I didn’t give this place one star is because of their employee, Samantha. When she is working this place runs smooth as clockwork! If you get the opportunity to work with Samantha, she is outstanding! She was very professional and had a great attitude.

This place has nice people. The person that counted our tickets where very rude. The tag on the box read 295 but she argued that it was 325. She was very rude. The machines are always breaking/broken. The don't have enough people working there. They don't fix any of the machines all they do is give you tokens back and give you some tickets. You pay lots of money for very little fun. They don't even have any good prizes. I would never recommend going to this place. I would recommend to go to Chuck E cheese instead of this horrible place. There are only two good employees that work there.

My mother in law took our 2 girls (9 and 7) today. A boy (about 9 or 10) kept throwing a ball at my 9 year old ahead, intentionally. She asked a staff member to please keep an eye on what was going on. He seemed less than interested in being mindful of the situation. After more incidences, she confronted the little boy and told him she’d asked he not throw it at her head and if he continued, she would talk to his parents. While getting them a snack and drink, she was confronted by an overbearing, obnoxious, could best be described as a Neanderthal who got in he face with his finger and said “don’t you ever threaten my kid!” She didn’t threaten him other then say, I will tell your parents. I hope you take this seriously. I hope you want a better clientele and more importantly, hope you make it more of a priority for you staff to protect little ones.

It wasn't too bad, I could tell they were still doing work. The only real issues we had was the service and maybe only half the games were working. Maybe have an adult supervisor to make sure the kids act like they care about their jobs
