Oscar at Orr Chevrolet was the most helpful, knowledgeable, easy car salesman I have ever worked with by far! I called them up told them what vehicle I was interested in he gave me all the details over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for that evening, he followed up with me before our scheduled appointment had the car already washed and ready for me to look at upon my arrival. When I arrived he was there waiting to greet me with a smile showed me the car went over every single detail of the car and made sure I fully understood each function. Oscar is a Marine war veteran, I thank him for his service to our country as well as the excellent service he offered during my car buying experience.

Wesley Nash listened to my needs and did not try to put in a car that I did not need. He reminded me of our goal often which I appreciate! My husband was out of town so I needed opinions. Not only did he put me in the best vehicle for my family, he also took care of my dad who was just there for support. He also put him in the best car! We are extremely happy with our service and the commitment from not only the company but a great salesperson, Wesley Nash. He will always be our go to person.

I've had two car purchase experiences at Orr Chevrolet recently- One with Brent Johnson and one with Dylan Sells, and both car purchases were great! By far the best dealership I've had the opportunity to buy from. Neither one of my salesmen were pushy at all or pushed me into going above the price range/payment I set. Tracy was my finance guy both times and he made it as smooth as possible, and didn't corner me into ridiculous service contracts or extended warranties, they of course were an option, but the high pressure wasn't there that other dealerships come with. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and my next vehicle will come from them! They have a fantastic sales team, and I truly feel like I was taken care of and that my happiness was a priority with them. Zero complaints with the sales team, everyone is so friendly!

Brent Johnson was my salesman with Chris Hansen as the Sales Manager. Both were amazing! For service, I've ALWAYS recommended ORR as their mechanics are skilled professionals - all my service has always been prefect from ORR. Now I've had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from ORR. I will NEVER go anywhere in the state of Arkansas other than ORR! You guys and gals are amazing! Honesty and clarity from the start, no gimmicks, no bull...., just excellent service!

This dealership uses high pressure sales tactics in order to get you into making a purchase. Was givin the same total price on a 2016 ford fusion that i was givin on a 2020 corolla that I looked at at JPauley toyota. I am satisfied with the vehicle I ended up purchasing but not at the price point. 14k car 28k price tag.. you can get a better deal else where if your credit sucks.
