Very fast and very welcoming employees.
Very rude since they have switch new group out. New manager and a few team members definitely need assistance in learning what customer service is. Yesterday tried to cash my checks and now not only are the checks gone but so is the money. Already had filed a complaint with HR before all this happened way to put the icing on the cake. Now I have to take time off work to get this resolved. How do you mess up on a cash deposit something that you do everyday. So sad that I working for a bank that I chose them over my employer I definitely won't be using this location EVER again!
